yea,it went by fast, i havent recovered from it yet,LOL i serioly think about it everyday, of how i could i of prevented it,which i wont share casue you'll kill me

bolts maybe? that battery girdle hanger is there for a reason.

That does suck really really bad. Such a pretty car.

But, I know I've seen a video of a MKIV GTI burning to the ground on the internet. It started around the turbo, then the firewall, then the entire car burst into flames. The kid just sat there and filmed it. I almost cried for him.

yea i saw that video that sucked too, it was a nice car, i was a fool also and watched my car burn their were 8 extinguisher in the house, and if i had comp on it the car will be running , casue i would of deffenty fixed it,lesson leanred
 
You just inspired me to fix my battery tie down and oil leaks. Thats one of the saddest things I can imagine happening. Its sort of scary how attached to this car I am after only 10 months. There is a shortage of beautiful DSMs so please take care of them guys! :thumbsup:

yea some guy on here pm awhile back, saying that becasue of what happended to me he check his insurnace and fire wasnt cover and he changed it:dsm:
 
If I was drinking a fourty I'd pour some out for ya. I remember this story and it saddens me. :cry: Sorry you lost such a nice ride but it's in DSM haven now boosting joyously with all the other fallen DSM's. :dsm: :talon: :laser: :)
