i just thought i would show you guys how i made my own shifter plate bushing for about five bucks. I made these out of washers that i bought at lowes for about 10 cents a piece. i used a metal epoxy to stick them together. Im not really sure what size the washers but all you have to do is find one that fits in the center hole and then a couple that are larger than the hole. i used a 17mm socket as a guide to find the center hole washer. i ended up getting 4 inside washers and 16 larger washers. i epoxied two of the larger washers and one of the smaller ones together for the bottom bushing and then just 2 larger washers to bolt to the top. its pretty damn easy and they work, i assume, as good as any $30 dollar bushings you can buy. I also did the skateboard bearings under the hood bushings. After all that i ended up cutting about an inch out of my shifter and welding it back together. i couldnt believe how great all of these thing felt once put together. Let me know what you guys think.
