First off lets just say its been about 8 months since my Maaco paintjob..it is doing quite well on the body of the vehicle. The fiberglass front bumper is cracking VERY badly. It has been bottomed out once since I got the paint job, but still to me it doesn't seem to be primered on the front because WHITE shows through (white is the previous color of the car). Maaco offered to redo it for free, but I'm not going to because I am getting a new front bumper anyway.

I'd also like an opinion on my so called "double-wing" that morons in hondas give me crap about. "Ohhh you got two wings does that make you faster?" I would just like a opinion on the board as to weither I should remove it or not. My friends think it looks good and so does my girlfriend, but others don't seem to. Just curious as to what your guys thoughts are.

I dont care for the double wing to much but it is definitely original, so its really a question of wether you like it or not.

Well the front bumpers cracking probably has more to do with the fact that its fiberglass rather than a macco paint job. I have seen fiberglass painted by reputable shops do that too. The car looks fine other than that, I had to look a couple times just to notice the double wing too...Peace

Its funny when it was painted white no one even made a comment on the "double wing".
Now I get it all the time, kinda annoys me.

The wing came on the car like that, it wasn't really my choice rather or not to have it on there. I've never considered that piece a wing, I've always just considered it to be part of the body and was there for a brake light.

I like the talon wing better!! But yeah, i wouldn't recommend maaco too good!! You should see how sketchy my paint job is, and the charged me $900 for it!! ( Iknow you get what you pay for... right?)

I think the bumper has those white cracks in it because it's fiberglass, it doesn't seem like the paint. The paint job looks pretty good for being a macco special. As fot eh double wing, I like the idea i have seen it done with a talon and a 2Gb high turbo wing and it looked great. The second wing on your car doesn't looks like it belongsbecause of it's akward shape.

Remove the wing. With two wings you have removed the "clean" look from the car.
