i need to tap into the parking light power source, do you know what color wire it is? i found the wires going into the handle under the steering column cover. any help would be appreciated

just to make sure, you do know that it's a negative control system right? That means when you turn your parking lights on, it sends negative (-) voltage to the light circuit. If you need it as a power sorce, be sure to use a relay and not just the wire directly. If you need to use that wire to turn your lights on, such as for an alarm, etc.. then be sure to use diodes to block voltage going where it shouldn't.

it's the green w/ white stripe wire in the gray connector at the base of the turn signal lever.
