I have been trying to diagnose a nostart in this thread:

But I am having trouble locating the CAS. I have tested the Crank position sensor but not the camshaft angle sensor. Everyone says its inbetween the cam pulleys but there isn't anything there. So I feel it is appropriate to start a new thread on this to lay it to rest forever.
I got to looking this morning and noticed my timing cover was previously cracked. So I removed it hoping to see something better. I cannot locate the CAS:
So I looked at the wiring to the Crank position sensor and noticed this other plug below it that I can't identify. Is this a lead for the CAS? (grey plug is crank sensor plug, black plug is what?):
