    Fresh rebuilt 6 bolt block with new crank.
    Over ported 1G head that is now scrap. have fresh G6K head, but no oil port mod. Want to stay 1G.

    Background:
    Bought from a junkyard in 2001 after high school. Fresh compenets all around except for engine internals. drove it 54,000 miles before it ate that timinmg belt. 10 valves later, put another 46,000 miles on it before the head bolts i reused gave out on a down-shift and muh head gasket blew. Driveway ornament since 2011. Still wash it monthly. Recession does crazy things to a man. Head sat half ported for years. Finished up the porting in 2017. Did oil port mod. Got it to the local engine shop. I ported to far, head is scrap. Sure was smooth though. Gave me a rebuilt 2G G6K head with my 1G cams. No oil port mod, no 12mm hole oversize. Can't use it. Need to get a new 1G head for him to rebuild. RRE gave him a head, but its a G6S, not a 1G. Just want to get my %99 stock 1G talon fwd back on the road so bad. Plans are to get a new oem E316g turbo and matching manifold. Fix the shifter bushings, and daily it unitl I make it a weekend car with some ecm link and tuning. Going for 275-300 HP levels and street reliability.
